Cancellations

Please call us within a reasonable amount of time to cancel a trip so our drivers can be assigned other clients.

Liability

Although our company goes above and beyond to provide you with timely service, courteous staff, and service at levels that are unmatched, there are circumstances that we will not be liable for:

  • Unforeseen or uncontrollable delays caused by severe traffic.
  • Severe delays or service termination due to bad weather conditions or natural disasters.
  • Articles left in our vehicles (if found, we'll make every effort to return the belongings to you).
Service Termination

The driver has the full right to terminate trip services due to ill manners or misbehavior of the customer.
